5. CONSENT TO PURCHASE
The commercial relationship between the customer and "Venta Trade" LTD begins at the moment the consumer submits an order: after completing the personal or business information requested, and accepting the general terms and conditions of purchase and sale of goods and / or services of "Venta Trade" LTD through the online store of LittleGiant-Escaleras.es.
6. EXECUTION OF THE ORDER
The execution of the order starts at the moment of its reception. If the order is placed before 14:00 on the day of purchase, it will be processed the same day and we will contact you to confirm availability, delivery methods and conditions.
If the order is placed after 14:00 or on a non-business day for "Venta Trade" LTD or outside business hours, its execution will start on the next business day or at the beginning of the next business week. If the price of the products changes between the time of order and delivery, the customer will pay the price of the products in the final order.
7. MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF AN ORDER
The customer has the right to modify or cancel his order during processing. In case of modification/cancellation of the order, the user is not obliged to purchase goods of the same value or of the same brand. If an invoice is issued, it is cancelled or a credit note is created. If the value of the product(s) is already paid for, it will be refunded to the consumer. If the goods are received by the consumer and the consumer has cancelled the order, the consumer is obliged to return the goods to "Venta Trade" LTD and to pay the costs of transporting the goods in both directions.
8. FOLLOW-UP
"Venta Trade LTD assumes responsibility for tracking the movement of the goods after they have been delivered to the courier company. The customer has the right to be informed about the location of the goods, the remaining time until delivery and the delivery number (if any).
In case of delay in delivery due to the fault of the courier company, "Venta Trade" LTD is obliged to notify the user as soon as it receives a sign of delay from the courier company. All shipments are insured for the full declared value of the product and, in case of loss by the courier company, "Venta Trade" LTD is obliged to resend the shipment.
9. DELIVERY
The consumer has the right to change or cancel the order during the order processing period. In case of change/cancellation of the order, the user is not obliged to purchase products of the same value or of the same brand. If an invoice is issued, it is cancelled or a credit note is issued. If the amount is paid, it is refunded to the consumer. If the order is at the customer and the customer refuses it, he is obliged to return the products to "Venta Trade" LTD and to pay the transport costs in both directions.

10. CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER
"Venta Trade LTD undertakes to monitor the circulation of the products after they are delivered to the courier company. The customer has the right to be informed about the location of the shipment, the remaining time until delivery and the AWB number (if any). In case of delay in delivery due to the courier company, "Venta Trade" LTD is obliged to inform the customer immediately. All products are insured for their full value. In case of loss, "Venta Trade" LTD is obliged to resend the shipment.
11. COMPLAINTS
The customer receives the ordered products at the delivery address specified in the order or at the office of the nearest courier company. At the time of delivery, the customer receives the warranty card (if the purchased product is under warranty). The delivery time of the ordered products/services is 48 hours in working days from the date of payment, if the products/services are available. If the desired products are not available and/or have other delivery conditions, the customer will be informed at the time of the order about the delivery time. 12. SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Before using any item, the user is obliged to read the specific conditions for safe operation of the product attached to it. In case of non-compliance with these instructions, "Venta Trade" LTD assumes no liability for damages or invalidation of warranty as a result of improper use of a product purchased from the online store.
13. WARRANTY
The warranty is valid under the conditions of use of the product and does not cover problems caused intentionally and/or through the fault of the consumer.
The warranty of goods and services offered by the online store "Venta Trade" LTD is in accordance with the warranty period provided by the manufacturer.
14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The customer/user can send the dispute directly to the merchant via the telephone, e-mail, feedback form and postal address specified in these General Terms and Conditions. If the parties do not reach an agreement and the dispute is not resolved, the dispute may be referred to the competent authority for alternative dispute resolution. After making the changes, the company undertakes to notify the user, by posting a notice on the website. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions do not affect the relationship between the user and "Venta Trade" LTD. In accordance with paragraph 181n, subparagraphs 1 and 2 of the CPA and approved by the Minister of Economy, the list of institutions for alternative resolution of consumer disputes, the institution of alternative dispute resolution, in whose jurisdiction the current e-commerce store is included and in which the merchant agrees to participate in the General Conciliation Commission is the Commission for Consumer Protection of the city of Burgas, Burgas area.

The General Terms and Conditions may be unilaterally modified by "Venta Trade" LTD, which, after making the changes, is obliged to notify the User by posting a notice on the website in a visible manner. Changes to the General Terms and Conditions do not affect the relationship between the User and "Venta Trade" LTD, which were valid prior to the purchase request.
In case of unresolved disputes, the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.
